Our Mission Is to Strengthen Local Digital Presence

We believe every local business deserves to be found by those who truly need it, at the right time and with clear information.

GooPlace was created to help small businesses turn their digital presence into real customer contact, respecting how each business operates and the consumer experience.

Our mission

Helping local businesses turn interest into action.

It's not enough to appear on Google. You need to offer real, useful, and up-to-date information that helps customers make a decision — whether it's calling, sending a message, or visiting the shop.

GooPlace exists to support that conversion responsibly, sustainably, and with a focus on practical results.

Why we created GooPlace

Over time, we noticed a clear pattern: thousands of local businesses were visible on Google but couldn't turn that visibility into real customers.

The problem wasn't technology or lack of online presence. It was the absence of a bridge between:

  • what the business actually has to offer
  • and what the customer needs to know to take action

GooPlace was created to fill that gap, helping businesses organise their real data and use it intelligently on the channels where customers are already searching.

How we see our role

GooPlace doesn't replace business management and doesn't act as a generic automation tool.

We act as a support layer that:

  • respects how each business operates
  • uses Google as a channel, not an end in itself
  • prioritises clarity, relevance, and responsibility

Our focus is simple: making it easier for the right business to connect with the right customer.

Our commitment

  • Acting ethically and transparently
  • Respecting Google Business Profile guidelines
  • Using only real information provided by the business itself
  • Measuring success by real interactions, not vanity metrics

We believe consistent results come from accurate information, context, and follow-up — not shortcuts.

Looking ahead

GooPlace is being built to scale responsibly, serving different types of local businesses and, in the future, also connecting industries, trade, and partners to the most important point in the journey: the local consumer's decision.
