GooPlace was developed to help businesses organise, maintain and improve the quality of their online business information, fully respecting the guidelines of integrated platforms, including Google Business Profile.

By using GooPlace, the user agrees to comply with the best practices described on this page.

1. Principles of use

The service should be used based on the following principles:

3. Prohibited uses

It is expressly prohibited to use GooPlace to:

  • Create, modify or manage false or misleading profiles
  • Insert incorrect or manipulated information
  • Perform mass actions that may be interpreted as spam
  • Automate interactions with Google Business Profile outside normal platform use
  • Attempt to artificially manipulate rankings, reviews or visibility
  • Use the service for illegal or unauthorised purposes

4. Automation and usage limits

GooPlace is not designed for mass automation or abusive operations. Any use that exceeds normal human usage patterns, including:

  • Mass updates in a short period
  • Use of external scripts
  • Unnatural repetitive behaviour

may result in limited or suspended access.

5. User responsibility

The user is solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of data provided
  • Having authorisation to manage the business
  • Complying with integrated platform policies

GooPlace is not responsible for penalties applied by third parties (including Google) resulting from misuse of the platform.

6. Monitoring and measures

To protect service integrity, GooPlace may:

  • Monitor usage patterns
  • Block suspicious actions
  • Suspend or close accounts that violate these guidelines
