GooPlace is a platform that supports local businesses in organising, updating and presenting relevant information, using digital channels — including Google Business Profile — to facilitate contact between businesses and consumers.

GooPlace:

• Does not guarantee specific results
• Does not act as a spam or mass automation tool
• Does not replace business management

The user is responsible for:

• Providing truthful and up-to-date information
• Ensuring they have authorisation to manage the business profile
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials
• Using the platform in compliance with Google's guidelines

• Services are charged on a recurring basis
• Cancellation can be made at any time
• Access remains active until the end of the contracted period

GooPlace:

• Is not responsible for decisions made based on displayed information
• Does not guarantee increases in sales, visits or contacts
• Is not responsible for changes, suspensions or decisions by Google Business Profile
